NO MORE Day - Australian Women's and Youth Baseball Championships

Wednesday, 16 April 2025 - 9:00am
Melbourne Ballpark in Altona, Victoria

On Wednesday, 16 April 2025, we at NO MORE are proud to once again join forces with Baseball Australia at Australian Women's and Youth Baseball Championships for the annual NO MORE Day

Now in its 11th year, this powerful partnership continues to shine a ligh on domestic and family violence while celebrating the strength of community, leadership, and action.

UNITED ON THE FIELD

Players, umpires, and coaching staff will proudly link arms before each game, symbolizing unity and commitment to ending violence. Teams will wear orange NO MORE sweatbands, while umpires will wear orange shirts, ensuring a strong visual statement of support.

As part of the campaign,  we will present a ‘Spirit of the Game’ Award at the end of the tournament to one player from each team, an umpire, and a scorer who exemplify fair play, teamwork, community, and respect - setting a positive example both on and off the field.

THIS YEAR'S THEME - "WHAT CAN I DO?"

this year’s theme is a reminder that change starts with each of us. Whether you’re on the field, in the crowd, or watching from home, everyone can take action.

  • Speak up.
  • Show respect.
  • Start a conversation.
  • Offer support.
  • Challenge harmful attitudes.

Small actions create big change.
